Sony Pictures Animation has picked up the rights to the game, which was published by Atari and has been quite the hit amongst more casual gamers.

It'll be a combination of live-action and animation, will be written by David Ronn and Jay Scherick (The Zookeeper), with Atari's Jim Wilson an executive producer and Harald Zwart - the man behind the Karate Kid remake - hoping to direct.
