The author of the award-winning Barbecue Bible--and 28 other cookbooks--Raichlen is one of the world's most authoritative barbecue experts. For his newest book, Planet Barbecue!, Raichlen visited 60 countries to collect 309 recipes that showcase some of the world's best barbecue traditions.

His summer grilling guide in our upcoming July issue is packed with fantastic recipes for the grill--lamb bulgogi, oysters with bacon and cayenne butter, and bourbon and brown sugar barbecue sauce, to name a few.
