アラブ首長国連邦の首都アブダビにある「キャピタルゲートビル」。

2010年末竣工予定の高さ160mの超高層ビル「キャピタルゲート」は、世界で最も大きく傾斜した建物です。イギリスの設計事務所RMJM社が設計しました。12階までは各層を垂直に積み上げた一方、13階以上は各層を0.3～1.4mずつ水平方向にずらした構造になっています。建物の内部には、高さ60mのアトリウムを配置。19階には屋外プールのほか、空中に張り出したティーラウンジがあり、地上約80mからの眺望が楽しめるようになっています。 この建物は垂直軸から18度傾いており、｢世界一傾いたビル」としてギネスに認定されました。（ちなみにピサの斜塔は5度傾いている。）
