Product description

This product comes in a 30 mL bottle, in a white box with blue and black labelling.

This recall is limited to lot numbers 3785 and 3925.

The lot number can be located on the product label or the bottom of the unit carton.

Hazard identified

The recalled product is contaminated with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. This product poses a risk of causing infections in people with compromised or weakened immune systems. 

As of May 17, 2017, the company has received no reports of illness or injury in Canada related to the use of these products.

Number sold

Approximately 23 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold online to Canadians between August 17, 2016 and March 06, 2017.

Place of origin

Manufactured in the United States of America.

Consumers who purchased any of the recalled lots can contact Jusuru directly at 1-877-663-3731 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time, available in English only), or via email to return the product or for a refund.

Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
