GODS NATURE IS TO BLESS

All that we have is from God. The only way we can thank Him for His many gifts to us is by GIVING PART OF WHAT HE HAS GIVEN, to those in need and also to the people who He wants us to help or pay for training/ School fees etc.] His word says, [BRING THE WHOLE TITHE INTO THE STORE HOUSE, THAT THERE MAY BE FOOD IN MY HOUSE]

Does store house mean the Pastors bank account or the Pastors Pocket? If anyone needs translation or meaning of My word in the written print, let him ask me!

2 Corinthians 9:6-7
Malachi 3:8-12 [Malachi 3:10]
1. [Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house NIV]
2. [Bring you’ all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in My house. KJV]
3. [Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in My Temple. Life application Bible]

GODS NATURE IS TO BLESS

When we seek God’s blessing as the ultimate value in life, we are throwing ourselves entirely into the river of

- His will,
- Power and
- Purpose for us all,

Our other needs become Secondary to us. When we are really immersed [engrossed/wrapped up/absorbed/deep] in what God is trying to do in us, through us and around us for His glory.

Let me tell you as guaranteed by product of sincerely seeking blessing, your life will become marked by Miracles. How do I know this? Because He promises it [and He has talked to me about it many times], and you have seen it happen in your own life. God’s power to accomplish great things suddenly finds no obstruction in you. You are moving in His direction, you are praying for exactly what God desires. Suddenly the unhindered forces of heaven can begin to accomplish God’s perfect will through you and you will be the first one to notice.

What if you found out that God had it in mind to send twenty three specific blessings today but you got only one? What do you suppose the reason would be?
[Matthew 7:7] ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you.

“You do not have because you do not ask” [James 4:2] you want something but don’t get it you kill and covet [long for/desire/yearn for] but you cannot have what you want. You quarrel and fight, you do not have because you do not ask God.

Even though there is no limit to Gods goodness, if you didn’t ask Him for a blessing yesterday you didn’t get all that you were supposed to have today.
If you don’t ask for his blessing, you forfeit those that come to you only when you ask. In the same way that a father is honoured to have a child beg for his blessing, your father is delighted in what you covet most.

Perhaps you think that your name is just another word for pain or trouble or that the legacy you have been handed from your family circumstances is nothing but a liability; you just don’t feel like a candidate for blessing. There are Christians who think that once you are saved, Gods blessing sort of drizzle over your life at predetermined rate, no matter what you do, no extra effort required.

You have slipped into a ledger keeping mindset with God in your blessing account. You have a column for deposit and one for withdrawals. Has God been unusually kind to you lately? Then you think that you shouldn’t expect much, less asked for Him to credit your account, you might even think that He should ignore you for a while or even debit your account by sending some trouble your way. This kind of thinking is sin and a trap from the devil. When Moses said to God on Mount Sinai, show me your glory. [Exodus 33:18-23 and 34:6-17] He was asking for a more intimate
Understanding of God.

In response, God described Himself as the

1. Lord God Merciful and
2. Gracious Longsuffering and
3. Abounding in Goodness and Truth [exodus 34:6]

Incredibly the very nature of God is for us to have goodness in so much abundance that it overflows into our unworthy lives. If you think about God in any other way than that, I am asking you to change the way you think.

Amen

  1. This is really nice. I like how you wrote that God has many blessings in store for us, but we do not receive them all because we do not ask.

I believe this is true. As children of God we must walk in God's favor and His blessings. We must ask Him.
