The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit
---------------

You will be my witnesses when you obey my command. Every believer is under divine command to be filled with the Holy Spirit. It’s not a choice and failure, to do so is to live in total disobedience to the Lord’s command.

The believers who are not filled with the Holy Spirit may not be put in prison but they endanger themselves and others when they live and engage a vicious enemy without the Holy Ghost power. Without the Holy Spirit we are powerless in our Christian living and endeavors. He brings to remembrance all our weapons of war. He instructs, directs and empowers our lives. Maybe you are discouraged, wounded and depressed. The Holy Spirit is not indifferent to that. Wait on Him the soldiers in the battle. Ask Him to come and fill you up. Wait in your own Jerusalem
until you are filled with the Holy Spirit and then go and fight victoriously in all fronts.

I have made you a light for the men that you may help people to know about salvation.

 Who has believed your message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?
 They could not believe because: - He has blinded and made dead their hearts.
 They can neither see with their eyes nor understand with their hearts.

It is wonderful because you were the same way. You may want to give your testimony of how to change your life. What was the most traumatic thing that has ever happened to your life?

 You have fear?
 Are you afraid of death?
 Would accepting God’s love scare you to death?
 Did your parents ever hurt you?
 Did you ever feel alone?
 Would you like to accept me as your savior?

You must move past these fears so you can grow in your faith. You may find it helps to strengthen you faith by reading the Bible, praying and spending time with other believers.

Spiritual Warmth
----------------

Christians are devoted to being together,

 talking together,
 praying together,
 singing together and
 doing other things together,

There is spiritual fire in their midst which leads to significant growth and fruitfulness.
God’s design is that no individual should be an island. It is human nature to fellowship first with God who is the creator of all things and with others in the household of faith. An isolated Christian, himself or herself may deny many benefits available in the fellowship of believers and remains spiritually cold and unproductive. Where there is true fellowship there is spiritual and
numerical growth for we are all called into the priesthood of believers [Psalms 1:1-3; Proverbs 27:12-17].

God why are you so far from us? Please God forgive us our sins. I believe that everything is possible to you. I trust you because you are my refuge, my defender.

I repent sincerely and I return to you O God. I’m fasting and weeping and mourning. My heart was broken and it has sorrow. I come back to you Lord. You are kind and full of mercy. You are patient and keep your promise. You are always ready to forgive and not punish. Lord you will change your mind and bless your people with abundant crops. Please God, do not let our enemies despise us and mock us. He asks us where your food is.

Hurry, come and surround people and gather in the valley. God send your army to attack them. I will avenge those who were killed; I will not spare the guilty. How terrible is the day of the Lord who will survive it.

I should not praise myself. Instead, I should praise other believers for their own good in order to build them up in the faith. I do that because Christ did not praise Himself as the scripture says, ‘insults which are hurled at you have fallen on me’ when I read the Bible, it gave me hope through patience and encouragement. God is the source of patience and encouragement. He has enabled me to have the same point of view among myself by following the example of Jesus Christ.
God you know my parents, relatives and all members of my family. I bring all of them before your throne of mercy. I pray Lord to forgive them.

I know what God’s grace has accomplished in me. I have been severely tested by the troubles I went through but my joy is Much so greater. I was extremely generous in giving even though I am poor. I can assure that I am giving as much as I could; of my own free will I begged people and pleaded for the privilege of having a part in helping God’s people in troubles. It is more than I have hoped for. First of all, I give myself to the Lord; by God’s will I give myself as well. I try to help people complete in this special service of love. I am so rich in all I have, in speech, faith and knowledge, in my eagerness to help and in my love for others. I want to be generous in the service of love. By showing how eager others are to help I am trying to find out how real my own love is. I know the grace of God is rich as He was; He made Himself poor for my sake, in order to make me rich by means of His poverty. When I am in need He will help me. My purpose is to do what is right. I take care not to stir up any complaints about the way I handle generous gifts.

My cry comes to you Lord. You are the Lord who created all races and kinds of people. You are the one who made some rich and others poor. No one knew where he will lie yet none is able to add himself a day because you are control of their lives.

When I think of the story of Abel and Cain, it makes me try to understand why there are prosperous people and miserable ones. God because of their attitudes you blessed one. Whatever evil that comes and problems are always over me. My shoulders are so tired because I carry heavy loads. What will I do? Please father, don’t forget me when you will be blessing your people. O God, how can I build the wall today?

My enemies though I would not see them or know what was happening until they were already upon me, killing me. I am so worried about it. I remember that, how great and terrifying Lord is; if I hear the bugle gather round me, my God will fight for me. Now can anyone tell the Lord what to do? God does not consult in order to know and understand and learn how things should be done. I cry to you O Lord, even through my sins accuse me, help me. I have turned away from you O God. I have sinned against you O God. Please forgive my sins.

Please God remember my tears. How many times I cry to you.

The followers of Jesus receive God’s gift and the Holy Spirit and find that they have a new experience of God’s presence and power. Christian community developed and grow up well. They became Christians, not a Jewish Sect but the Christian Church, made up of people of many nationalities and backgrounds believing in Jesus as the savior who has made possible a new relationship between human beings and God. The true prophecy helping people to work out how their faith affects everyday living and their hopes for the future.

I believe that the Bible is the inspired and the only infallible word of God. I believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Also I believe in the

 deity of our Lord Jesus Christ,
 in His virgin birth,
 in His sinless life,
 in His miracles
 in His vicarious and atoning death through shedding blood,
 in His bodily resurrection,
 in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and
 in His personal return in power and glory.

1. I believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

2. I believe in the present, ministry of the Holy Spirit by those in dwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

3. I believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, they that are saved to the resurrection of life and they that are lost to the resurrection of damnation.

4. All in spiritual unity of the believers in our Lord Jesus Christ are lost to the resurrection damnation.

5. All in spiritual unity of the believers in our Lord Jesus Christ [Revelation 12:1-9; Matthew 10:17-19, 2:23; John 1:1-18, 3:16-17]

[1Cor 14:33, 1Cor 12:7, Romans 8:28, Romans 8:35-39]

Is there anything that should separate a Christian from the love of God. What has been dragging you from the love of God? Explain the common reasons that lead to ‘backsliding’ committed to you family through trials. Committed relatives to God during hard times seek your spiritual gifts.

Why are you not going to another person? You know life is harder, please God hear my prayer. Heal my soul, my heart, my spirit, and my all parts of my body. Please God understand my prayer.

The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Is it good for a Christian to be rich? [Timothy 6:9-10; Proverbs 22:6]. There is a famous placard displayed on the wall in many houses which reads ‘Christ is the head of this house, the unseen guest at every meal and the silent listener to every conversation’. Christ as one who is not supposed to interfere. In most of these homes, there is no consciousness of that Christ. Husband and wife engage in physical battles in the presence of their children. Sometimes they go for weeks without talking to one another and they have no time to have family devotions with their children. When the wife is away, the husband replaces her with the house girl or the neighbor’s wife contrary to the word of God. Christ cannot be the head of such a family. God commands such families to be transformed.

Dear children of God, Satan is not sleeping; why must you sleep? The evil forces operate mainly in churches, market places, grave yards, jungles, seas and in the air [1st Cor 6:12-20, 14:1-42; 2nd Cor 4:13-18; Luke 10:19; Isaiah 54:15, 17].

[Matthew 2:23; John 3:16-17; Matthew 20:34; John 11:43; Matthew 28:16-20, 25:21]

The Hypocrites ‘is the people looked very sorrowful and said, they will remain this way until the judgment day. This is the hope of the saints. Will you be there? Go and testify what I have done for you. Are you ready to reach for the extraordinary? To ask God for the abundant blessing He longs to give you? The prayer and Bible readings can release God’s favor, power and protection. You will see how one daily prayer can help you leave the past behind and break through to the life you were meant to live.

[Psalms 23:3; 42:2, 5, 6; 143: All; 140; Muhubiri 11:9-10; Ecclesiastes 7-8; Matt 11; Prov 23]

1st Kings 19:1-21

If you were doing house-to-house evangelism and you enter a house and the owner decides to slap you and send you away angrily you should rejoice and be glad and pray that God will touch his heart and help him to understand God’s love.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or peril or sword?

Suffering should draw you closer to God. You only endure where there are hardships or suffering. God allows suffering or hardships in our lives for different purposes but it is very important to note that the more we endure divine hardships the more we become like Jesus and we glorify God.

 What makes you think that you will overcome as well?
 If the moment you are passing through some difficulties and you don’t know what do, pray and ask God

The category for love in Greek:-

 Philia:- Friendship love
 Storge:- Love with family members
 Eros:- Need love, sexual love, romantic love
 Agape: - Gift love, the love that goes on loving even when the other person becomes unlovable.
[1st Cori 13:4-7]

Some of us were born in Christian families. We were taught to go to church and we were always given a coin to give as offering. Even after we have grown up, we have never understood the privilege we have in giving cheerfully to God. All we know is that when we are going to church, we must remember to carry some coins.

All that we have from God. The only way we can thank God for His many gifts to us is by giving part of what He has given to us to those in need. As we become faithful in small things, God will make us stewards of even bigger things and we will enjoy His continued provisions. The principles of the Kingdom of God in regard to riches differ from the principles of the kingdom of this world.
