Southampton are joining the interest for Rennes attacker Paul-Georges Ntep.

The France international, off contract in June, WILL be sold by Rennes in January.

Le 10 Sport says Lyon have expressed interest and been joined by Claude Puel's Southampton.

Puel knows all about Ntep's qualities and is a big fan.

The 24 year-old attacker could arrive at St Mary's in January just as Sofiane Boufal is called away by Morocco for the African Cup of Nations.
