Product description

This recall involves “Dream on Me” brand 2-in-1 portable cribs. The cribs have model number 682B. The brand name and model number can be found on the product packaging and on the label located on the crib mattress support. The recalled cribs were also sold under the brand name “Danica”.

Hazard identified

The distance between the top surface of the lowest fixed side and the top surface of the mattress support is lower than what is required by law, posing a fall hazard.

As of September 28th, 2018, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of the recalled products in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 60 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

In Canada, the recalled products were sold from May 2017 to March 2018.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.
