Hey, y'all.

This story is spreading fast, stirring up lots of chatter. Food for thought, you could say.

With the headline "Paula's Big Fat Secret," The Daily is reporting that Food Network star Paula Deen, beloved queen of high-calorie, Southern cooking, is about to confess she can't eat her own dishes anymore because she has diabetes.

Deen, 64, has not addressed the buzz, which started in April when the National Enquirer reported she has Type 2 diabetes.

The Daily, quoting unnamed sources, says Deen plans to soon announce her condition because she has cooked up a lucrative deal with a pharmaceutical company to endorse the drug she's taking.

Although the news is traveling quickly on Twitter, Deen hasn't tweeted anything about it. But she did post her latest recipe: Carrot Soup with Blue Cheese.
