Spiderman Water Bottle

Product description

This recall involves a water bottle that has a Spiderman figurine attached on top of the bottle. The recalled water bottle is identified by the following model number: SPTU7ZA.

Hazard identified

The figurine on top of the water bottle is attached using 3 screws. The screws may become detached and fall into the cup posing a choking hazard.

Neither TJX Canada nor Health Canada has received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 286 water bottles have been sold at Winners and Marshalls locations across Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled product was sold in May 2014.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the affected water bottle and return them to any Winners or Marshalls Canada store for a full refund.
