10 Mistakes People Make with Extroverts (plus 1 bonus)

10 Mistakes People Make with Extroverts:

1. Think there’s something wrong with them since they want to / would rather be in front of a crowd / in the midst of a bunch of people (versus being alone).
2. Overlook the potential genetic component (to extroversion).
3. Require them to quiet down, shut up (snuff them out).
4. Forget they can be great public speakers, politicians (also, preachers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ).
5. (For extroverts) Overlook the inner feelings of others (extroverts can hurt people and be oblivious to / not realize it).
6. (For extroverts) Forget they need down (quiet) time, too, for rejuvenation and refreshment (get away like an introvert once in while).
7. View their tendency towards being the center of attention as prideful and narcissistic.
8. Have it in their heads that extroverts are too loud and obnoxious (well, maybe sometimes they are).
9. (For extroverts) Don’t let someone else speak (get a word in edgewise) once in a while.
10. (For extroverts) Don’t listen / pay attention to what someone else has to say once in a while (and not just let it go in one hear and out the other).

BONUS Overlook they are a gift from God just in their ability to be the life of the party (attract / garner attention) and have fun.
