Giulianelli: Man Utd allow PSG to grab Higuain for Cavani; Chelsea shop in Russia; Liverpool make Kante bid

The words of Gonzalo Higuain's agent "Gonzalo won't sign a new deal with Napoli" have unleashed a storm.

Or, it's better to say, have launched the beginning of a possible domino fall of strikers across Europe.

Jose Mourinho (having an agreement with the player I've already written a lot about on Tribalfootball.com) is of course still interested, but knowing the strong intention of Gonzalo not to sign a new contract, he doesn't want to pay the whole clause of €94 million asked by Napoli's President, Aurelio de Laurentiis.

So, for now, he will have to wait a bit; but he can't wait too long if it's true (and it's true!) that PSG are intending to bid very big for the Argentinian. And the eventual arrival of Higuain to PSG would set free his predecessor at Napoli, Edinson Cavani.

And, to close the circle, Cavani could join the same Mourinho at Manchester United.

ICARDI A NEW NAME FOR MOURINHO

But this is not the whole story: in the (unlikely) hypothesis that both Gonzalo Higuain and Edinson Cavani don't change jerseys, Jose Mourinho would bet on the Inter Milan player Mauro Icardi.

Icardi could be the real target of AS Roma, the name asked by coach Luciano Spalletti to try to win Serie A. €10 million offer plus Edin Dzeko (wanted by Roberto Mancini at Inter) is the possible proposal to obtain Maurito.

A real waltz of South American strikers.

LIVERPOOL IN FOR KANTE

Liverpool have offered €30 million for one of the revelations of the last Premier League, the midfielder N'Golo Kanté from Leicester City. Claudio Ranieri, meanwhile, is pressing to obtain the reborn Hatem Ben Arfa, a target for Sevilla too.

And a final mention about Chelsea: two names asked by Antonio Conte for his new team: Axel Witsel and Ezequiel Garay of Zenit St Petersburg.
