* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 18
  to 24 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Wind River Mountains East.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Friday to 9 PM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

  inches below 6500 feet, 3 to 7 inches at pass level, and 7 to 14
  inches above pass level.

* WHERE...Northwest Beaverhead County.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to 6 PM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible and tire
  chains may be required for some vehicles. Those in the backcountry
  should ensure they have appropriate knowledge and gear and may
  want to consider alternate plans.
