Chelsea are preparing a new bid for Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.
Koulibaly is being celebrated in Naples after his matchwinning goal at Juventus on Sunday.
Il Mattino, Naples' local newspaper, Chelsea have stolen a march on their rivals by preparing a £65m offer.
Napoli signed Koulibaly from Genk in the summer of 2014 for just £7m.
The 26-year-old has made 161 appearances for the Italian outfit, scoring eight times in the process.
Chelsea will be looking to tighten up their defence next season, regardless of whether Antonio Conte stays on as manager or not.
