They do not keep their site up to date, with the result that you buy things they no longer sell (then have to cancel, refund etc). Do not waste your time with them.

Epicair are the only UK company I could find who would ship replacement air purifier filters to the Republic of Ireland, when my Irish supplier was unable to get them any longer.
The items arrived promptly, and intact, and they gave me an excellent explanation of the whole import/export Brexit minefield.
I am very grateful to them.

Wrencher by Veto Pro Pac is the best tool bag for beekeeping. 🐝
Everything fits in, waterproof and stable, the bag is easy to open and easy to carry. The distributor in Europe is Epicair Ltd. This company was a very positive experience for me with excellent service and shipping. You pay customs duty, but that's how you order and get what you need. Highly Recommended!

It’s easy to satisfy a customer when everything is running smoothly. A company really shows it true colours when there are problems to be handled. I had an issue with my Veto bag and the customer service was flawless. Kathryn Harris dealt with my issue and I could not be happier with the service. She was fast in replying to emails and it always felt like customer experience was a high priority. Will definitely be using EpicAir again.

I ordered a pair filters for my Titon ventilation system on 27Dec and received them in 2 weeks. The delay was probably due to Christmas and the New Year holiday.
The filters are of good quality and I will buy from Epicair again in future.

I chose Epicair to purchase filters as they were not available directly from manufacturer. I was a bit worried as description kept repeating it was a genuine item, but decided to give it a go.
Original filters arrived in expected time frame.
It was a bit pricey purchase as time was important and I paid extra for quicker delivery. I am not sure how much difference this made, however I could not risk delays.
Throughout the process Epicair kept me informed about the progress of the order.
Overall service I received from Epicair was excellent.

Purchased a Veto Tech tool bag which is the best tool bag I have ever purchased . Not cheap but worth every penny.
When the tool bag arrived I wasn't quite happy with the condition of it as it looked like it had been used.
I contacted Epicair who were very apologetic and immediately sent out a replacement without any hassle. I had the new bag within a couple of days and was also given a little extra something for the inconvenience.
I was really impressed with the service which seems to be lacking with some other companies these days.

Very good customer service next day delivery I also forgot to add an item to my basket and when I called the company to explain to see if it could be added to my order they said my order has all ready be sent. They sent the item separately free of charge. Will definitely use this company again 😀😀😀

I found EpicAir on a web search when buying a new cooker hood. They quoted a competitive price and good delivery. There was a glitch on the delivery date and they sorted it immediately. When the cooker hood box was opened there was internal damage. Again EpicAir sorted it out immediately and sent a replacement unit (thank you Kathryn!). It is a very long time since I have experienced such excellent customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending EpicAir.
