The whole thing is asking $3,050/month.

↑ In Park Slope, a full-floor one-bedroom with a home office is going for $3,100/month. It has large windows, a renovated kitchen, and some prewar details.

↑ According to the listing, this one-bedroom (or, possible three-bedroom, per the brokerbabble) in the East Village is currently under construction, so perhaps these pictures aren't pictures of the actual apartment, but if they are that's pretty cool because there's a sliding door. It also apparently comes with a "FLAT SCREEN TV and bluetooth speaker system." It's all a little mysterious, but also pretty enticing. It's asking $3,166/month.

↑ In Greenpoint, a renovated loft containing the loft trifecta—high ceilings, exposed brick, exposed ceiling beams—is going for $3,100/month.

↑ In Chinatown, a one-bedroom apartment with exposed brick and a new kitchen is asking $3,050/month. It also has pretty big windows and appears to have a good amount of storage space.

↑ And in Prospect Heights, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom with lots of exposed brick, wood molding, and original details is going for $3,125/month.
