Product description

This recall involves Domyos Swiss Ball Stable and Swiss Ball Basic pilates balls, with or without handles and elastic straps, in various colours. The Domyos logo is inscribed on the ball.

Hazard identified

The pilates balls can suddenly burst, posing a fall hazard to the user.

As of June 10, 2020, Decathlon Canada Inc. has received no reports or incidents or injuries in Canada.

Approximately 6,267 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from April 2018 to May 2020.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact Decathlon (in store or by telephone) to receive a copy of the updated instructions for use.

For more information, consumers may contact Decathlon by telephone toll-free at 1-844-533-3322 Monday through from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (EST) or Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST), by email or by visiting the company's website.
