The affected products were manufactured from March 2019 through July 2020.
Hazard identified
The attachment of the swing hanger may fail, creating an injury hazard.
As of May 13, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 3 reports of hangers detaching, and no reports of injuries.
Number sold
The company reported that approximately 267 units of the affected product were sold in Canada and approximately 6,500 were sold in the United States.
