Hazard identified
The table legs could collapse during moving or use, posing an injury hazard.
As of September 17, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 4 reports of the table collapsing, and 3 reports of injury.

The company reported that 55 units of the regular sized tables and 12 units of the XL tables were sold in Canada. The company reported that 666 units of the regular sized tables and 208 units of the XL tables were sold in the United States.
