Product description

This recall involves Norwex LysereTM Advanced Antioxidant mouthwash sold in a 473 ml bottle (SKU #403814). The affected lot code is lot # CU59 found on the bottom of the bottle. 

Hazard identified

Some of the recalled products (lot #CU59) may have the presence of a common household microorganism, Pluralibacter gergoviae. Individuals with weakened immune systems, who suffer from a serious pre-existing condition, who have been treated surgically, or belong to another sensitive group of persons are at particular risk of infection if they use the contaminated product.

As of September 21, 2020, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

The company reported that 1036 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of it. To identify the recalled product, locate the lot # (lot# CU59) at the bottom of the bottle and take a picture. Contact the company representative or the company for a refund.
