Sven-Goran Eriksson is confident the Chinese Super League will attract some massive names in the near future.

As China's global assault on football continues, Shanghai SIPG manager Eriksson believes the money on offer in the Far East will lure the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Wayne Rooney from Real Madrid, Barcelona and Manchester United respectively.

"Sooner or later, we are going to see names like Ronaldo, Messi and Rooney in this league - players on this level," the former Manchester City and England boss told Expressen.

Recently, CSL clubs have signed such players as Jackson Martinez (Guangzhou Evergrande), Ramires, Alex Teixeira (both Jiangsu Suning), Gervinho (Hebei China Fortune) and Fredy Guarin (Shanghai Shenhua).
