RECOMMENDATION: The board will conduct a public hearing to review and consider applications for the Sub-District E Board Trustee vacancy. The board will select up to three finalists to be interviewed at the regular board meeting on February 23, 2016. The finalists will be interviewed and a final selection will be made on February 23, 2016, to fill the Sub-District E vacancy.
