Chris Long will get linebacker coach's face tattooed on him if Eagles win the Super Bowl

Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Chris Long obviously wants to win the Super Bowl, but he might end up regretting the bet he made with the team’s linebacker coach, Ken Flajole.

At the Super Bowl Opening Night on Monday, Long explained that he made what he called “a really dumb bet” with Flajole.

It’s pretty simple: If the Eagles win, Long is going to get a portrait of the coach’s face tattooed somewhere on him.

If the Eagles beat the New England Patriots – the team Long won the Super Bowl with last year – it looks like there’s an open space on his left arm for Flajole’s face. It’ll be an interesting look, but Long joked: “Hopefully, I’ll have a Ken Flajole tattoo.”

The good news for Long is he already has a lot of ink, so if Flajole’s face does make its way onto his body, it might not be that noticeable.

Super Bowl LII is Sunday at 6:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
