Welcome to the Flowerona Newsletter
In the UK, autumn is very much here. And I love the fresh sunny mornings that we've been having recently.
There are still a few flowers in our gardens, but the leaves are starting to change colour and drop from the trees. And towards the end of the month, we'll be putting the clocks back.
Happy reading!
Autumn walk in Bushy Park
Last weekend, my husband Matt and I went for a walk in the beautiful Woodland Gardens in nearby Bushy Park. There were hardly any flowers still in bloom, but here are a few photos I thought I'd share with you from the afternoon...
If the weather's good this weekend, is there somewhere locally where you can get a breath of fresh air?

Simple Flower Arranging Idea -
When you're arranging flowers in your home, either ones that you've bought or cut from your garden, why not put them in a quirky container...like an old teapot?
It would certainly be a talking point when you had visitors...

Seasonal Flowers & Foliage
In the shops at the moment you'll find hydrangeas, dahlias, physalis, astrantia and ranunculus.
Blog of the Month
This month's blog of the month is called Bows and Arrows. It's written by Alicia and Adam Rico who run a florist shop of the same name in Dallas.
I adore their floral designs which are enhanced by stunning photography. Below is a little collage from a recent seaside photo shoot which they did...

Quote of the Month
This month's flowery quote...
'Count the garden by the flowers, never by the leaves that fall. Count your life with smiles and not the tears that roll.'
