The soothers do not comply with the Australian mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017'. The dummy packaging does not include required warnings, instructions for use, care instructions or contact details for the manufacturer or distributor.
The hazards to consumers
A torn or broken dummy may pose a choking hazard to children.
A cord or ribbon attached to a dummy may pose a strangulation hazard.
A cord or ribbon attached to a dummy may pose a strangulation hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to place of purchase for a refund.
