Okay, now that it's out of my system:

This review is in regards to the Programs that they offer inside, specifically, the facilitating staff.

As a Reentry agency, it is crucial that where I works finds strong partnerships in the community that allow us access to provide assistance to those the most in need. Most importantly, it's crucial that the agency staff/facility seens the value in what we do.

We connected with the Reentry Programs staff inside of Lew Lew to begin offering services to young mothers and couldn't be happier with the reception, assiatance and planning that they offered.

No one likes being in jail, but if you have to, know that Lew Lew has some great, rehabilitative programs to pass the time.

NO ONE answers the phone here!! The 1/4 info sheet I received from Lew Sterrick info center is COMPLETELY outdated! Trying to put money on inmate' debit card for two days . This is ridiculous!!!

Such an amazing place with 5 full course meals! Definitely recommend it if you just want to get away long term!

So a couple of the DPD Gang came and kidnapped me from work. After taking me to this terrible hotel the desk clerk was RUDE! Made me wait in a very crowded lobby for hours before telling me that my room was ready. After stealing all of your belongings, they force you to show them your chocolate starfish before giving you "courtesy" clothes that feel like you're getting a STD from a random hobo just by putting them on. All though the food was cooked "fresh on site" it was absolutely terrible.

This might look like another one of those establishments you see in every city, sullen employees, incompetent managers, boisterous neighbors- but if you land a stay at Lew Sterrett, you're in for a surprise. The vibrant community of our wonderful city comes alive in the halls of this quaint bed and breakfast. It is in such demand, they've had to divide the building into blocks!
Say goodbye to the fight over what restaurant to pick. They'll decide for you, all you have to do is walk up to the line.
Tired of interior decorating? They've already done it for you.
You'll never get bored again with such a diverse group of well traveled people to converse with. The folks who stay here have truly lived life to the fullest- and you wouldn't realize that some of them were on vacation at all!
Exercise yard could use some cleaning.

If you want to talk with the warden about the squalid condition of this jail then you can just take a number and wait! She's too busy trying to hook up with the female officers to care about what brand of macaroni you get. I'm not sure I'm going to commit any more crime in Dallas because I don't want nothing more to do with this place.

If I could give this shit hole a zero I would. I was arrested for the first time in 2019 for something that I should have never been arrested for. I was held in contempt when I appeared in for the first time, and then I was held in contempt of court by evil Judge Holmes, because she thought that I had an attitude when I asked for another lawyer. Mind you, when I was sent to jail for 24 hours I was attacked, told that I was faking my noticable injuries by detention officers, the sergeant, and medical staff. After I was attacked I was placed back in the same pod, where I was threatened by the attacker's cousin. So, I was moved several times on an injured leg and I was denied medical care. Also, I was threatened again by the attacker then I told the sergeant, she told the detention officers to ignore me and not allow me to stress her out. Plus, I was denied the use of the phone, a clean cell, medical care by a hospital. I was also threatened by detention officers if I didn't remove by mask I would be placed in general population, where I would receive a worse beating. When I was released, I filed a complaint with Internal Affairs, Officers A. Moffitt didn't investigate anything. So don't waste your time with them because they are a joke. I am still going to sue the Dallas Sheriff Department for violating my rights

the food was terrible. What kind of restaurant is this?! Disgusting. I'm not even totally sure the food was edible. It smelled almost as bad as it tasted. The service was terrible. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Seriously, what are they paying you for?!

Worst hotel EVER! I must've won a sweepstakes or something because I got a free trip on New Year's Eve. Thanks to Mesquite Police Department for hooking it up!
Obviously they're popular as fuck because they were way overbooked. I assumed I would be VIP since I paid nothing out of pocket but they still took 18 hours to get the penthouse suite ready for me. And how could they have know that I get lonely in new places? Either way, they had 61 "new friends" awaiting my arrival and I must've been looking good in my spa clothes because I could feel them undressing me in their minds. Mixed feelings about that but I digress. Speaking of the spa, it was filthy. Kudos on the free soap, although i didn't get to take any home. Back to the spa, the masseuse on staff was poorly trained and just wanted to focus on front rubs, this did nothing for my sciatica but still helped me "relieve" stress. Pony tail or not, I'm convinced that was a fella.
Speaking of fellas... not a girl in sight. I've never seen so many swinging dicks in my life and although some gents might have enjoyed the views it just wasn't my cup of tea.
The lodging arrangements weren't as spacious as advertised and I missed my temperpedic immediately. My roomies were an eclectic group and I learned alot about the makings of crystal meth and doing said meth. I think I'll pass but knowledge is power. I kept putting my shoes out but I never got them shined once. Maybe it wasn't included in my package.
The restaurant's left little to the imagination and the chef must have a serious love of bologna because it was a daily fixture on the menu. The maitre de was rude and they refused table service but the lines seemed to move quickly. I was never offered a beverage with my meals and when I asked for the sommelier to swing by I instead got referred to a gentleman named "Fruit Loopy" whom offered me a delightful concoction known as toilet wine. I'm not sure if it put hair on my chest or took it off. Great for sleep though.
Checkout was a pain in the ass. I politely asked for a noon wake up call but was instead pulled out to set the hotel management at 5 am. Talk about a popular person because I didn't get an audience with her til 2pm. Worth the wait because she was a peach. She was probably so busy because she had a wooden hammer with her and doubled as a maintenance worker. You know they make metal hammers too, right?
All in all the price was right but I don't think I'll be visiting again anytime soon.

The gaurds beat people. To the point to where they knock out your teeth they have killed people in there from the beatings they handcuff you the SRT beats you until everyone had a turn and the whole time your begging them to stop...they strip you butt naked for hours in there and its concrete or metal its about 50 degrees in thee so cold they have to wear coats.. iv been stripped naked hog tied beat for 15 min by 5 gaurds with batons after 13 min I got knocked out and they beat me for another 2 min the inmates in there could hear my screams for help and the thumps after I got knocked out they threw me in a cell with no phone and said on the intercom if anyone makes a call for me they would end up like me and get locked in the same cell... a red truck ran my car off the road over the curb I had 26 inch rims so both my tires poped and my rims got bent. 5 guys jumped out of the red truck it was me and 1 friend they attacked us we fought back then they left.. we called the police they arrested me for driving on someone's lawn and that's where the nightmare started. I have so many things I can say about how many times iv been beat up by the cops by gaurds and they make there own rules that doesn't apply to them there allowed to assault you and do whatever they want to you
