Product description

This recall involves King Universal Butane Fuel packaged in a 300 ml container with UPC# 093314360182.

Hazard identified

The recalled products do not have proper hazard labelling as required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.

Improper labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.

As of Oct 31, 2018, the company has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 1175 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The recalled products were sold between Mar 2018 and September 2018.
