ARTISANAL BEER DINNER

Join us for an evening of unique, rare American Craft Beers, including Hawaii's own award-winning Maui Brewing Company.  A couple of draft beers from Maui, usually served only at their brewpub on the Valley Isle comes to us for this special event.  Seasonal, artisanal beers are paired with Chef J. Schoonover's walk-on-the-wild-side four course menu, including Big Island Wild Boar served two ways and Molokai Venison.  This event falls during American Craft Beer Week, a celebration of the grass roots movement of hand-crafted brews.
