Product Technical Specifications

Made from the finest Belgian chocolate.
Fair Trade Certified.

The weight of our chocolate bars is 3.5 oz (100g) before we add the ingredients.
The dimensions are about 6 x 3.5 inches, which is the standard size for fine European chocolate bars.
Chocolate is best kept in a cool and dry environment.
Room temperature ranging from 60 to 75 degrees will keep the chocolate in excellent condition for maximum shelf life.

Our milk chocolate is deliciously creamy with balanced milk, cocoa and caramel components. Milk chocolate is the most popular chocolate amongst American palates.
Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa fat, Dry whole milk, Unsweetened chocolate, Soy lecithin added as emulsifier, Natural vanilla flavor

Dried Strawberries

There are numerous varieties of strawberries, but the most common garden strawberry was first cultivated in 1740 in Brittany, France. One cup of strawberries, around 150 grams, contains around 50 calories. Strawberries are in high in Vitamin C and flavonoids. With the great health benefits to go along with the delicious taste you know and love, strawberries make an excellent addition to any of our three premium chocolate bases.

Butter Toasted Peanuts

Peanuts are high in protein and antioxidants. Combine these with our dark chocolate for massive amounts of antioxidants! We all know peanuts and chocolate are delicious together, but add some butter and sugar to the equation, and you have a delicious ingredient to add on to our always-delicious premium Belgian chocolate.

Peanut Butter Drops

There is perhaps no better combination than peanut butter and chocolate. We at Chocomize spent a long time trying to figure out how to combine the great smooth flavor of peanut butter and the classic taste of chocolate. The answer was these peanut butter drops: small, bite size candy pieces that taste absolutely great in Chocomize personalized chocolate bars!
Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, partially defatted peanut flour, skim milk, whey powder, peanut butter (peanuts, hydrogenated rapeseed oil and cottonseed oil), dextrose, salt, and soy lecithin.

Gushers are a fruit snack with fruit juice in the middle. Ours are flavored strawberry and are impressively high in vitamin C and low in fat. They go well with any type of chocolate and provide a contrasting texture. This makes them a great addition for someone with a sweet tooth looking for that perfect custom chocolate bar.

We source our chocolate from one of the rare chocolate makers that still selects and roasts their cocoa inside the shell of the bean itself. I regularly purchased this for my girlfriend, who loves the topping combination, but the last few times I've checked the Reese's, cookie dough, and monkey mulch have been out of stock. Please rectify this!

So, I just took one base model, and changed some or all of the ingredients. For this bar, I made it white chocolate, with lavender and himalayan sea salt. I bought it for my husband, who enjoyed it despite preferring dark chocolate; I really like it! I bought several different combinations, some of which worked better than others. I guess I would order more of their pre-made selections in future, but really wish there was a way to know ahead of time what combinations others had found especially yummy. I got lucky with this one: the white chocolate was very sweet (as it always is), the lavender was a sweet spice, and the salt balanced it all out. This is one I would do again! Also, as others have noted, the quality of chocolate on these bars is quite good; I also bought a couple of plain ones, that my husband also enjoyed!

What can one say more than DELICIOUS - DELICIOUS - DELICIOUS Don't be afraid to experiment with flavors. My family has had a lot of fun trying different combinations of ingredients.
