What are you doing this weekend? If your response doesn’t involve seeing Fate of the Furious, you’ve got the wrong answer. Not only are you doing yourself a disservice, but you’re basically slapping The Rock in the face. How dare you?

In anticipation of seeing Dwayne Johnson kicking ass in his fourth Fast and Furious flick, the folks at Burger Fiction on YouTube put together a video outlining his acting evolution. Of course, it has to start with some WWF highlights before going into the genesis of his illustrious Hollywood career. First up is a 1999 cameo you may have forgotten about in That ‘70s Show, in which he branched out to play, yes, a wrestler. Other old school bits that’ll make you go, “Oh, yeah!” include Star Trek: Voyager, an early SNL hosting gig, and co-starring alongside Stifler himself, Seann William Scott, in The Rundown. And if you forgot how bad the CGI was in The Mummy Returns, you can glimpse that, too.

What do all of these acting highlights have in common? The Rock has been damn charming since the very beginning of his career. It didn’t grow on him; he must have come out of the womb and winked at his doctor. And it must not have been much longer before he started kicking some serious ass. Maybe his first victim was someone who didn’t act quite excited enough about seeing The Baby Rock for the first time.
