Ann Arbor called 'The Best Food Town In All The Land.' Do you agree?

Buzzfeed writer and University of Michigan graduate Tashween Ali posted an article over the weekend proclaiming Ann Arbor

"the best food town in all the land."

As supporting evidence, she lists obvious favorites like the Hippie Hash at Fleetwood Diner, Frita Batidos Cuban-style frita burgers, the pizza cooked in wood fire ovens at Mani Osteria, coffee at Comet, and of course the reuben at Zingerman's Deli.

What I love about this list is that Ali doesn't stop with the obvious favorites. She goes on to list (and picture) mouthwatering dishes from Rod's Korean Diner, Asian Legend, Ashley's, Blue Nile, Monahan's Seafood Market, Pastry Peddler and Selma Cafe.

If this was my list, I'd have more to add. I'm crazy about the fried chickpeas from Grange Kitchen and Bar, the pho deluxe from Tomukun Noodle, the brown sugar and sea salt latte from Lab Cafe and the cheddar and ale soup from Grizzly Peak, and dozens more.

The question I have for you: do you think Ann Arbor is the best food town in all the land? Does Ann Arbor beat Chicago, New York, Atlanta, San Francisco, New Orleans and Seattle? Or is it the best food town of its size? The best food town in the Great Lakes? Sound off in our poll and in the comments below.
