The Citizen M Hotel is located right in the center of Glasgow, Scotland. The hotel is just a couple minutes walk from Buchanan Street on the Style Mile, a fantastic mile of great shopping. It is also just a few steps from theaters and less than a half mile walk to the central train station. The city has great underground service, so most attractions are easy to get to. As you walk into the Citizen M, you are greeted with a modern yet fun space as splashes of red contrasts the white interior.

Tommy Hilfiger buys Miami Beach boutique hotel

Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger has finalized a deal to purchase the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla. "The Raleigh Hotel is a true Miami Beach treasure with sophistication and style, making it the perfect property for us," Hilfiger said in a statement announcing the deal. "The 1940's design of The Raleigh and its rich history are central to our plans to rejuvenate the property."

MGM, Hakkasan form partnership to build, manage luxury hotels worldwide

University of Maryland plans $115 million luxury hotel and conference center in College Park, Md.

The University of Maryland wants to build an 11-story, $115 million luxury hotel and conference center across from its main entrance in College Park, Md. The proposal calls for a 300-room, four-star hotel with conference and meeting space, a full­service restaurant and bar, shops and a swimming pool.

NASCAR birthplace Streamline hotel sold, to be reborn as boutique inn

The Streamline Hotel, the 1940s era beachside inn known as the birthplace of NASCAR, has sold, and the new owner plans to renovate the property. Eddie Hennessy, son of cosmetic company Pevonia International founders Phillippe and Sylvie Hennessy, bought the property at 140 S. Atlantic Ave. late last month for $950,000.

Hotel to bring boutique lodging option to Charleston, SC's Upper King Street
The Post and Courier
Upper King Street's first boutique hotel soon will rise. A 54-room, four-story accommodation to be billed as the King Hotel will be built on a vacant lot in Charleston, S.C. The hotel site is across the street from the twin Hyatt hotels and Midtown mixed-use facility that have been under construction since late last year.

Swire Properties to debut new luxury Miami hotel in 2015

Hong Kong-based Swire Properties' Swire Hotels group has just announced the opening of EAST, Miami at Brickell City Center, a $1.05 billion mixed-use development in Miami's Brickell downtown district. Once opened in 2015, it will be the company's first hotel property in the U.S. and the third hotel under the EAST brand, after the successful openings of EAST, Hong Kong in Island East in 2010 and EAST, Beijing at INDIGO, Beijing in 2013.
