Product description

This recall involves the Now Designs Reactive Glaze 10 oz Mug in light blue and brown with UPC 064180265734, and in mint and brown with UPC 064180265727. The UPC sticker can be found on the bottom of the mugs.

Hazard identified

The mugs may crack when hot liquid is poured into them, posing a burn hazard.

As of April 17, 2019, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 6,120 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.

Time period sold

The affected products were sold from November 2018 to February 2019.

Place of origin

Manufactured in China.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
