Introducing the Boutique & Lifestyle Hotels Sentiment Survey 2014
BLLA
The Boutique & Lifestyle Lodging Association and consulting firm Bridge.Over Group are teaming up to uncover the perception of boutique and lifestyle hotel owners and managers across the world.
The Boutique Hotels Sentiment Survey 2014 will unearth the business perception, the key challenges and the area of focus of boutiques hotels across the world.
"We are pleased to have partnered with the Bridge.Over Group to provide not only our members, but also properties around the world that fit in the genre of independent or small brand boutique & lifestyle hotels, an updated view of our special, niche industry sector," stated Frances Kiradjian, Founder & CEO of BLLA. "Much has changed over the past couple years and it is important to give owners, investors and managers of these properties a true pulse of what is really happening out there."
Thanks to the wide hotel network of BLLA and the consulting experience of Bridge.Over Group, it is the first time that a study will provide market intelligence and performance benchmark about the boutique hotel sector.
"While a lot of data is available about branded chain hotels, there is nearly no benchmark when it comes to independent boutique and lifestyle hotels," says Youri Sawerschel, a strategy consultant at Bridge.Over Group.
Spanning a large range of topics such as strategic positioning, innovation, cost management, digital strategy, distribution, loyalty and development, the survey will give the chance for boutique & lifestyle hotels to understand, in a holistic manner, how they are doing compared to other similar properties in their category.
Key findings of the survey will be presented in exclusivity at the Boutique Lifestyle Leadership Symposium 2014 held in Las Vegas from the 17-19 September. Summary of the findings will be released in October in partnership with Hsyndicate. To attend the conference, go to: http://bllaevents.com/las-vegas-hospitality-conferences.
